Not finding a comprehensive definition of international human right norms, i made an attempt to define it by understanding various crucial features of the norms. Each and every word of the definition has a specific meaning. I believe it is a truly holistic definition:
" International Human Right Norms are high priority universally shared norms of actual human moralities, withstanding cultural diversity and national sovereignty, acting as minimal standards, and dealing mainly with how people should be treated by their governments and institutions in the light of numerous existing & emerging concerns of individuals and society "
